About me
I'm Richard Terlouw, a third year game design student from the Netherlands, studying at Breda University of applied sciences. Before this, I spent 4 years studying as a software engineer, accumulating experience in game development and other types of software.

What I enjoy most about game design is creating things that respond to the player's actions, be that enemies, friendly NPCs, or gameplay systems.

I find it important to always be aware of my dependencies and their risks, so I've familiarized myself with 3d modeling, rigging, and animation, by creating and animating simple characters for my projects.

I like spending a lot of my free time reading fantasy books as well as indoor bouldering, where I get to really apply my healthy obsession with problem solving.
